These are the mental components of well-being. In my methodology, mental is the intellectual layer that reacts and controls thinking so that our emotions, physical, and spirituality can also change. In some ways, this is habit-forming, in other ways its just developing understanding and perspective.
Spirituality is the soul, the root of a person's soul, hope, and determination. In religious sects, the Pope and Dalai Lama are forming bonds to create commonalities rather than contentions. These days, many neglect it or say "I don't need it." Perhaps, they don't know what it can do for them. There are plenty of ways to develop spirituality. Let's learn about it here.
Joy, Anger, Sadness, Fear, Disgust, and Distrust are types of emotions. Often, we have our own rackets or emotional cycles that we can't control. They happen before our thoughts even process them. How do we change this? How do we recognize and control these triggers? In a world that tries to trigger our emotions day-to-day, it has never been more important to retain emotional equanimity.
Often defined as wellness, physical health is our physical state. Moreover, it is also our understanding of how our physical state interacts with the other variables. Accepting our and other's physical shape is equally as important. What we eat, how often we work out, and how we adapt as we grow older are all important things to learn.
Money matters. But how much? Career matters. How much should it? These are two variables I've wrestled with my entire life. There is a lot of research now that helps to control one's mindset around this. I've gotten to know people from all walks of life from refugees to mega-millionaires. I can help you frame your mind around your desire for money and creating a career that optimizes your well-being.
