Join our Ultimate Well-Being Course Level 1.
Here is what you’ll do to elevate your holistic well-being.
1. Check-in on our app 1-2x per day making some tweet-like notes.
2. Join Zoom calls: 1 hour per week in the evenings for a group call. Usually, this will be Monday/Thursday or 5 PM PST/8 PM EST. I will adjust that for the EST folks if an earlier call is needed.
3. Look over our Ultimate Well-Being Workbook & Isolation Guide
4. Read our emails sent out on Monday and Thursday
5. The price is $99. We need your commitment so we know you want to make progress. Once you confirm and pay your seat will be saved.
For only 1-2 hours per week, you’ll see a marked improvement in your well-being. This time I am looking for guests to join our calls as well. We need 15 people for the group to kickoff. Let me know if you are in!
Over the last few years, I’ve gone on my own ‘happiness’ journey. From that, I’ve developed a calculated methodology to optimize my well-being. By understanding and controlling for the variables (X’s) then we can optimize our well-being (Y). These x-variables include mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, and financial. I developed a framework around well-being and now want to share this with you so you can make your life better.
